The transfer of learning is an extremely important subject. How can we ensure that learners will actually use the learning outcomes once they return to work? How can we facilitate the transition to action?

To meet this challenge (and others), Fifty has developed an approach inspired by behavioral sciences and nudges. Meeting (remotely) with Jérémy Salmon, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Fifty, to take stock of this eDoing approach and the possible contribution of nudges to increase the effectiveness of training courses.
