Post-training actions to reinforce achievements

By choosing the right method post-training, moving on to practice after an apprenticeship will be less complicated and less stressful. This step not only allows you to apply what you have learned, but also to train to transform them into a habit. Fifty has developed an innovative way based on Nudge and artificial intelligence to facilitate the transition to action after training.

The benefits of post-training actions

Once their training is over, school leavers often dread the moment to put into practice the knowledge acquired during their studies. It may also happen that the courses were more theoretical than practical, causing a lack of self-confidence for fear of not being able to be effective. A little help to better practice what you've learned is always welcome.

The actions post-training are the best option to facilitate the transition between the end of training and the transition to practice, but also to gain more confidence if you have to take up your job immediately as soon as the apprenticeship period is over. They can be integrated into the daily routine while tasks are being carried out, as well as they can be done outside of working hours, depending on the objectives set.

The actions proposed take into account both technical skills and human capacities. They then offer the opportunity to see if what has been taught in the theoretical courses is really adapted to the needs or requirements of the positions occupied or to be occupied. In other words, they make it possible to measure the adequacy of achievements with situations experienced on a daily basis and with the work environment.

The actions post-training in fact encourage individuals who have completed more theoretical than practical training to move beyond the stage of hesitation or apprehension and to move on to practice. They also push them to question their working method, for example, in order to find the answers both in the new knowledge and/or the new personal skills they have acquired.

Strengthen the skills acquired through post-training action

Many employees think that the training they have been given to improve the way they work has not given enough room for practice. Some businesses are also aware of this lack. However, the strengthening of skills post-training requires methods that are both simple and effective. Fifty offers a logical follow-up to training courses to facilitate the application of what has been learned.

Our solution is a successful combination of Nudge and artificial intelligence. Our boost (literal translation of Nudge) comes in the form of micro-actions to be carried out on a daily basis. These micro-actions are recommendations made available to people who wish to use them on our platform. They are used by AI to design complete and individualized educational paths in which both technical skills and human abilities will be taken into account.

Under the guise of Action de Formation En Situation de Travail (AFEST), the method Fifty is adapted to the situations of post-training insofar as it accompanies and encourages “leavers” in putting their achievements into practice. In addition to strengthening and developing skills, it is also a valuable aid for behavioural anchoring strategies. The results throughout the course are evaluated in real time and will be used by the AI in the selection of actions to be carried out until the end of the program.
