Behavioral anchoring in business: rely on the Fifty method

THEbehavioral anchoring is now one of the concepts that many companies rely on to optimize the efficiency of their employees. Various methods can be used to manage to modify and improve the interpersonal skills of each person in a professional environment. Fifty offers an innovative way based on digital technology and artificial intelligence to facilitatebehavioral anchoring.

Behavioral anchoring: principles and advantages in business

THEbehavioral anchoring In business, it is about helping to set up new habits in accordance with a given situation. Within companies, it is therefore a question of helping employees to modify their behavior according to the objectives to be achieved: optimize their efficiency, improve the quality of life at work, stress management, relationship management, etc.

The operation may focus on one or more aspects of the change, depending on the areas to be improved. Changes take place over a more or less extended period of time, everything depends on everyone's ability to adapt. The process includes both a theoretical part and a practical part. The actions implemented aim to eliminate what is wrong, to perfect what may be wrong and to generate the new behaviors required. The main aim is to adopt a line of conduct that is perfectly adapted to working conditions, without affecting individuality or the quality of life at work.

Beyond the effectiveness of training, transformation and development plans, the advantages ofbehavioral anchoring in business are not negligible. Among other things, it makes it possible to solve personal or social problems that may affect the lives of people in their workplace or on the life of the company. Actions can focus on many aspects: improving relationships with colleagues, line managers or subordinates; adopting good practices when carrying out tasks or in daily life, etc. The ability of the individual to adapt to situations and another way of seeing and understanding what is around him also makes it possible to optimize his QWL and his efficiency.

The Fifty behavioral anchoring method

Fifty Proposes a method ofbehavioral anchoring innovative that brilliantly combines the advantages of artificial intelligence and Nudge. The latter is a pedagogical approach created by the 2017 Nobel Prize in Economics Richard Thaler whose aim is to help individuals modify their behavior or make the necessary choices in complete freedom, without feeling oppressed or afraid of possible sanctions.

The system Fifty is based on a program based on micro-actions — actions to take and habits to take on a daily basis —. Our platform will draw up a list of micro-actions that will be personalized by artificial intelligence in a specific course, specific to each participant. The latter will be able to rely on the recommendations of the platform, which will suggest the actions to be executed according to the situations.

In particular, the “curriculum” focuses more on practice than on theory and includes both actions relating to technical skills and soft skills. The objective is to optimize human skills. The method is similar to a training action in a work situation (AFEST), which allows program participants to find themselves in the context in which their behavior must evolve. The results will of course be gradual, but they will be evaluated in real time to see the progress made at the individual level as well as at the social or professional level.
