Fifty Takes on a New Dimension

Dear readers,

Today, I am willing to share the significant progress Fifty has made in our mission to make behavioral transformations more effective.

The real effectiveness of a transformation lies in its practical application. However, behavioral science shows that all the knowledge and motivation in the world is not enough to change habits. The implementation must be structured - supported - measured with as much rigor as the acquisition of knowledge. For 6 years, we have been developing a solution that allows our customers to implement this approach.

To begin with, we developed an application that supports employees in the implementation of (trans) formations. This solution was a first on the market and positioned us as precursors of behavioral change in organizations. In 2022, we lifted our Series A and defined the next steps in collaboration with our customers.

Major groups are now realizing that their transformation strategy needs to be rethought in order to become more effective:

  • In the design of the transformation : the implementation is generally thought out after the design phase. However, the expected daily actions should be thought out from the start of the process to better align with the Business.
  • In the deployment : implementation is often seen by learners as optional, when it should be expected, in the same way as participation in a training session.
  • In the analysis : implementation is rarely measured and, when it is the case, it is with qualitative and different indicators depending on the program. However, it should be measured with a simple KPI, objective and common to all initiatives.

To help our customers meet these challenges, I am proud to officially present Fifty Next Level. Eighteen months of development allowed us to create a strategic platform for the L&D and Change departments. It allows: i/ to define and to align with the expected implementation ii/ to support this implementation, regardless of the development program iii/ to analyze it, in order to accelerate change and optimize budgets.

Our expertise on behavioral change can now be used independently and at scale.

Much remains to be done, but we are in the process of shaping a new era for L&D and Change. We are proud to be pioneers alongside our customers.
