At Fifty, we start from a simple observation: despite investments in training, few things really change in the daily lives of employees.
The content is often too theoretical, too far from the field and delivered at the wrong time. This generates little anchoring and little action.
Since 2018, we have been supporting companies, including several CAC 40 groups, in the sustainable transformation of work behaviors.
Our mission is to transform learning into concrete action directly in daily work. We help companies to sustainably change behaviors by offering a contextual, actionable and continuous approach.

Fifty, our original solution.
Fifty makes it possible to transform existing content, such as training, values or standards, into concrete actions to be carried out in the field. These actions are short, integrated into daily life and adapted to the roles of each person. The objective is to bring content to life in operational reality.
Momentum, the solution that encourages action.
Momentum is an AI coach dedicated to managers, available when they need it. It accompanies them in their real situations, such as difficult feedback, disagreement or decision making. Momentum allows you to train, adjust your posture and take action at the right time.
At Fifty, our values guide our behaviors and decisions. They are rooted in our practices and define us individually and collectively. Value only exists if it is really experienced on a daily basis.
