Today, the indicators on training and transformations are mainly limited to the description of “effort”: satisfaction rate, completion rate, attendance...
These elements constitute only a partial vision of the real impact of the programs deployed.
But then What are the indicators of change? How to appropriate and implement them? And how do you use them to drive transformations/change at scale?
These are all questions that we discuss with our customers and that we summarize here in an overview of how to measure the effectiveness of L&D.
