From training to action - Fifty x Féfaur study

The project
In short:
Fifty and Féfaur interviewed hundreds of training-HR decision-makers in order to obtain an overview of the main issues related to training and the adoption of new behaviors within organizations.
3 key figures:
• 70% of respondents believe that their main difficulty today is the measurement of behavioral change.
• More than half of the respondentss refer to the lack of tools to ensure the continuum between training, skills and performance as the main obstacle to measuring the impact of training.
• For more than 90% of respondents, it is by doing that we learn best.
